THE POSSIBILITIES OF ETHICAL AND LEGAL REGULATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (REVIEW OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL DOCUMENTS)

Abstract
Currently, there is an active discussion of ethical and legal documents in the field of regulating the activities and use of artificial intelligence. Not only does this issue not lose its relevance and relevance, but the capabilities of AI tools are also rapidly developing. The possibilities of ethical regulation of AI lie in the creation of ethical codes and recommendations, the content of which is focused on respect for human dignity and improving the quality of human life. Legislative regulation is based on comprehensive legal requirements and acts that are designed to ensure the safety of AI escorts and prevent possible risks to human life. The hybrid approach, which includes both ethical and legal principles, is the most optimal and effective for regulating the use of AI technologies, the main purpose of which is to minimize threats and stimulate the effectiveness of its use.
