Substrate-Informational Model as a Methodological Basis for Human Research in the Context of Social and Ethnic Development

Abstract
The features of the substrate-information model of the ethnic community developed by the Belarusian philosopher S. D. Shash are revealed. The analysis of this model is carried out and its possibilities as a meth-odological basis for studying a person in the context of his social and ethnic development are determined. The correspondence of the philosopher's ideas to the basic principles of the philosophy of cosmism is revealed. The relevance of the philosophical consideration of ethnogenesis in the context of the problem of the meaning of human life is substantiated.
