Abstract

The article reveals the potential of extracurricular activities for the formation of supraprofessional competencies. The advantages of different forms of extracurricular work on subjects in terms of the subject-personal, social-communicative, innovative-research and information-communicative competencies formation are shown. The barriers that hinder the widespread use of extracurricular activities in the context under consideration are described, and ways to overcome them are proposed. Particular attention is paid to the aspect of teachersʼ readiness to be included in the work on the formation of supraprofessional competencies in college students.
