MATRIX OF EMOTIONAL BURNOUT EXPERIENCE CATEGORIES AMONG TEACHERS

Abstract
The article highlights the results of a study of the narratives of teachers who are experiencing emotional burnout. The control group consisted of teachers with a low and medium degree of burnout. The markers of differences were the categories by which the respondents expressed their professional experience. It is established that the same categories are used in interviews. However, their coverage occurs in both positive and negative aspects, which indicates the meaningful features of the experiences of teachers with varying degrees of burnout. The latent structure of burnout experience has been revealed. It was correlated with the components of K. Maslakʼs burnout model and presented as a matrix of emotional burnout experience categories. The results obtained can supplement the existing tools of practicing psychologists in the diagnosis and prevention of burnout.
