Abstract

The features of conducting personal psychodiagnostics of personal activity or behavioral position are noted when respondents are interested in its favorable results, in connection with which it is necessary to ensure the anti-simulation validity of the diagnostic method. A theoretical model of the psychological essence of such a position is presented, which serves as the basis for determining its diagnostically significant phenomena. The rationality of using a projective approach in personal diagnostics of personal positions is substantiated based on stimulating the descriptive and rational activity of respondents, in which diagnostically significant phenomena-signs of the content of a personal position can be manifested. The phenomena inherent in the activity and its subject are noted, which can act as objects of such descriptions and reasoning of respondents in the process of diagnosing their position.
