Abstract

The article explores the features of the system of planning the educational and training activities of foot- ball players aged 9–11 years. The basic principles of planning and the distribution of loads of various directions within the limits of micro-, meso-, and macrocycles are revealed. The conclusion is made about the productivity of planning the structure and content of the training process of football players based on a system-structural approach.
