SURROGACY IN THE NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL DIMENSION

Abstract
The article analyzes theoretical and applied, national and international approaches to the legal regulation of surrogacy. The right to use a surrogate mother should be considered as a way to exercise reproductive rights. In some cases, this right may be restricted. An important argument in favor of surrogacy is the natural desire of humans to continue their lineage. Surrogate motherhood in our country and abroad is becoming a common means of one of the modern types of assisted reproductive technologies, which allows people who have not been able to become parents due to physiological reasons to overcome infertility and become parents. The article analyzes the socio-cultural context of views and the practical implementation of the right to surrogate motherhood.
