Abstract

The article presents the regional strategy for sustainable development of the Brest region for the period up to 2040, which is the main document for long-term planning of the processes of strategic development of the region in the context of modern global, regional and local challenges and was developed with the aim of improving the quality of life of the population based on the development of a multi-structured economy combining the modernization of traditional industries with the formation of individual segments of the post-industrial economy and active cross-border cooperation. The strategy takes into account the resource potential, competitive advantages, key growth points of the Brest region.
